What does brief to project board mean?
Brief to project board is the step between a written brief and work actually starting. Someone writes a paragraph or a page describing what needs making, for whom and by when, and somebody else has to turn that prose into a structure people can act on: deliverables, an order, owners, a date. That translation is usually done by hand, in a meeting, and most of the brief's detail is lost in it.
