These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you access or use Storyflow and the responsibilities we each have.
Last updated: April 27, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Storyflow, including our website, workspace, AI features, templates, and related services. By using Storyflow, you agree to these terms.
If you use Storyflow on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Use accurate account information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for Storyflow or other users, or are used in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful way.
You may use Storyflow to create, organize, collaborate on, and export creative work, strategy documents, boards, notes, and related materials. You agree to use Storyflow only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
You keep ownership of the content you create or upload to Storyflow. You grant Storyflow a limited license to host, store, display, process, transmit, and modify your content only as needed to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights needed to upload, use, and share it through Storyflow.
Storyflow may include AI-powered features that generate text, images, structures, summaries, or suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case, so you are responsible for reviewing and validating output before relying on it.
You should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, or regulated data to AI features unless you have the rights and permissions to do so.
Some Storyflow features may require a paid subscription. Prices, plan limits, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown at checkout or in your account settings.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by Storyflow.
Storyflow, including our software, design, branding, templates, frameworks, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by Storyflow or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These terms do not grant you ownership of Storyflow. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Storyflow except as allowed by these terms or with our written permission.
Storyflow may connect to or rely on third-party services, including hosting providers, payment processors, AI providers, authentication services, and integrations. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Storyflow is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that Storyflow will meet every requirement, that AI output will be accurate, or that your use of Storyflow will produce any particular business or creative result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storyflow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim related to Storyflow will be limited to the amount you paid to Storyflow for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you have not paid us.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Storyflow as we improve the product. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Storyflow after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
