Team discounts apply automatically when you select 2 or more seats: 15% off for 2–9 users, 25% off for 10–19 users, and 30% off for 20 or more. The discounted per-user price is applied to whichever plan you choose — Creator, Pro, or Studio.

Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to your new plan. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period so you keep your current access until then.

Your projects and boards are preserved — nothing gets deleted. You'll retain access to your content but will be limited to 3 frameworks and the Free AI usage allowance. If you're over the 5GB Free storage limit, uploads will be paused until you clear space.

If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid plan, reach out to our support team and we'll make it right. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
