The Usage tab in Account Settings gives you a clear view of how much of your plan you've consumed in the current period — AI generations, storage, image generations, and other limits.

Opening the Usage Dashboard

1. Click your avatar in the top right corner
2. Open Account Settings
3. Switch to the Usage tab

The Usage dashboard works on both desktop and mobile settings views.

What You'll See

• AI generations: How many you've used and how many remain in the current period
• Image generations: Available on Pro and above; tracked separately from text AI usage
• Storage: File and image storage used vs your plan's limit (5 GB on Free/Plus, 50 GB on Pro, 500 GB on Max)
• Other plan limits: Anything specific to your tier (e.g. number of framework Tactics on Free)
• Current plan: Your active plan and renewal info shown alongside the usage breakdown

When to Check It

• Before kicking off a heavy AI session — check how many generations you have left
• When deciding whether to upgrade based on actual usage rather than guessing
• When you're approaching a limit warning and want to see the exact numbers
• Periodically to monitor storage as you add images and files

If You're Running Low

You can upgrade directly from the Subscription tab. Upgrades take effect immediately so you regain access to higher limits without waiting for the next billing cycle.
