You can share an individual Tactic using a shareable link. Tactics share independently from their parent project, so you can give different people access to different parts of the same project.

How to Share a Tactic

1. Open the Tactic you want to share
2. Click the Share button in the top navigation
3. The sharing modal opens with Tactic-specific options
4. Toggle on the link type you want (Edit or Readonly)
5. Copy and share the link

Sharing Options

• Edit link: Full editing access — collaborators can add cards, edit content, and work alongside you
• Readonly link: View-only access — perfect for clients, stakeholders, or presenting

Tactic-only Sharing

When you share a Tactic from inside the Tactic view, only that Tactic is shared — the rest of the project stays private.

Managing Access

Toggle either link off in the sharing modal to revoke access. You can also see who has accessed your Tactic from inside the same modal.

Real-Time Collaboration

Live multi-editor collaboration on a shared Tactic requires the Max plan's Team Workspace. On other plans, edits from a single editor still sync to viewers in near real time.
