Share your projects, whiteboards, blueprints, and documents with others using shareable links.

Invited collaborators join for free

Storyflow's Free plan is still on its way. Until it arrives, this is the free path that exists today: if you are on a paid plan and invite someone to a board with an edit link, they create an account for free, no card required, and can work on that board with you. They can invite other people onto it in turn, so a whole team can collaborate off one paid seat.

How to Share

Click the Share button in the top navigation bar to open the sharing modal. From here, you can generate and manage shareable links for your content.

Two Types of Links

• Edit Link: Gives full access to modify and collaborate on content in real-time
• Readonly Link: Allows viewing only, perfect for sharing with clients or stakeholders

You can toggle each link type on or off independently using the switches in the sharing modal. Simply copy the link and share it with your collaborators.

What Gets Shared

• Projects: Includes the whiteboard, sub-boards, and all blueprints within the project
• Blueprints: Shares only the specific blueprint
• Documents: Shares only the specific document

Managing Access

You can see who has accessed your shared content in the sharing modal. To revoke access, simply disable the link or remove specific users from the access list.
