Documents support two structural blocks beyond regular text: callouts and toggles. Use them to highlight important information and to hide detail that belongs in a document but doesn't need to be in the reader's face.

Callouts

A callout is a visually highlighted block — a tinted box with an icon — that draws attention to a single piece of content.

• Common variants: info (neutral), warning, success, error
• Pick an icon and color from the callout's edit overlay
• Callouts can hold rich text including lists and links

Toggles (Expandable Sections)

A toggle is a collapsible block. The reader sees only the title until they click to expand it — useful for FAQs, footnotes, optional detail, or appendix-style content you don't want cluttering the main flow.

• Click the toggle title to expand or collapse
• Toggles can hold any block type inside, including other toggles
• Default state (open or closed) can be set per toggle

Inserting Callouts and Toggles

Use the block menu (typically a + on a new line, or via slash commands if available) to pick callout or toggle. Convert an existing block to a callout from its right-click or block menu.

• Hide implementation detail behind toggles in a strategy doc
