The short answer: your content is not used to train AI models. Here's what that means in practice and how your data is handled inside Storyflow.
Storyflow does not use your boards, documents, Tactics, notes, files, or AI chat history to train AI models — ours or third-party. Your work belongs to you.
When you use AI features, the relevant context (your prompt, the elements you @mention, attached files, your saved Knowledge entries) is sent to the AI model to generate a response. The model returns a response and forgets the conversation. Nothing is retained for training purposes.
Projects are private by default. Content becomes visible to others only when you explicitly enable a share link or invite collaborators. Disabling a share link revokes access immediately.
The full Privacy Policy lives at storyflow.so/privacy-policy. Reach out to support with specific privacy questions and we'll answer them directly.
