Comments let you leave threaded notes on the canvas — perfect for asynchronous feedback, design reviews, or marking ideas to revisit.

Adding a Comment

• Toolbar: Pick the Comments tool from the canvas toolbar
• Keyboard: Hover the canvas and press C

Drop the comment anywhere on the board. The comment shows as a small pill which expands when you click it.

Threads and Replies

Each comment is the start of a thread. Click an existing comment to expand it, then add a reply. Threads stay attached to their position on the canvas so context isn't lost.

Color-coding Comments

Pick a color for the comment from its overlay — useful when you want to group feedback by reviewer or by category (must-fix, nice-to-have, question).

Resolving and Deleting

Mark a comment thread as resolved when the conversation is finished. Resolved comments collapse but remain accessible if you need to revisit. Delete a comment from the right-click menu when it's no longer needed.
