Board Activity & History

Last updated: August 2026

The activity panel

Every board keeps an activity feed: what was created, changed, moved and removed, in order.

It answers the question you have when you come back to a shared board after a few days — what happened while I was away, and who did it.

Undo works over a batch

Undoing a stretch of work used to be one step at a time. Undo and redo now run over a batch of changes.

They also report how much they actually reversed and how much they kept. A batch that could only be partly undone says so, instead of quietly doing less than you asked — so the count you see is the honest one.

Related: undoing an AI turn

Everything a single AI turn did undoes as one step. That is covered in its own article.

Use Cases

  • Come back to a shared board and read what the team changed while you were away
  • Reverse an afternoon of changes without pressing undo forty times
  • Work out when something disappeared, then ask the AI to restore it
