Four things that make the AI usable when a board is shared, a connection is flaky, or you sent the wrong thing.

On a shared board, everyone sees the same AI

Cards moving on their own with no explanation is unsettling. So:

• The agent appears as a presence under the name of whoever set it going, so both of you can see it is working and who asked
• The card it is editing right now is ringed on the canvas, and released as soon as it moves on
• Cursor, selection and presence colours cover the agent the same way they cover people

Nobody has to wonder whether their colleague or the AI touched something.

A turn survives a reload

A running turn outlives the connection that started it. Reload the page, or drop off the network for a moment, and the turn is still going when you come back — with everything it produced while you were away.

The launcher shows a turn is running even with the panel minimised.

Editing a message you already sent

A typo or a half-formed thought used to mean writing the whole request out again. Now you can edit the message.

What followed the edited message is marked superseded rather than deleted, so the earlier attempt and what it produced are still there to read.

Copy, resend and retry sit on every message too. If you edit from a tab that has been open too long and the session has moved on, it says so plainly instead of failing quietly.

Drafts stay with their conversation

A message you started but did not send used to follow you between boards. Drafts now belong to the conversation they were typed in, and they persist across navigation — so leaving a board and coming back finds your half-finished thought where you left it, and nowhere else.
